RPSC Second Grade Teacher Syllabus

Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has lately issued an advertisement notification inviting application forms for the vacancies of Senior Teachers (Special education) in the state. There are 211 vacancies for 7 different subjects. The candidates grabbed the opportunity quickly and applications were filled many folds more than the vacancies.

The selection process will be done through a competition exam. After the written examination and the Data Entry skill test/ Computer proficiency Test/ Document verification, Commission will draw up the All India merit list for each category of post. The Commission will recommend the candidates in the Merit list on the basis of aggregate marks obtained, and preference exercised by the candidates in the application form. Success in the examination confers no right of appointment unless govt is satisfied after such enquiry as may be considered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respects of appointment to the services/post.

Syllabus |

PAPER – I will carry maximum 200 marks. Duration of question paper will be 2.00 hours. The question paper will carry 100 questions of multiple choices. Paper shall include following subjects (i) Geographical, Historical, Cultural and general knowledge of Rajasthan. 80 marks (ii) Current Affairs of Rajasthan 20 marks (iii) General knowledge of world and India 60 marks (iv) Educational Psychology. 40 marks

PAPER – II will carry maximum 300 marks. Duration of question paper will be 2.00 Hours 30 Minutes. The question paper will carry 150 questions of multiple choices. Paper shall include following subjects (i) Knowledge of secondary and senior secondary standard about relevant subject matter. 180 marks (ii) knowledge of graduation standard about relevant subject matter 80 marks (iii) Teaching methods of relevant subject. 40 marks.
